AGREEMENT TO TERMS LabikoTech Solutions Effective Date: 04/08/2025 This Agreement to Terms (“Agreement”) governs your use of the products, platforms, and services provided by LabikoTech Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services or subscribing to any of our plans, you (“Client”, “User”, or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to or using any of LabikoTech Solutions' services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. 2. Subscription and Process Fees Clients may be required to pay a process fee as part of their service subscription. The standard process fee is Fifty United States Dollars (USD $50). This process fee is refundable under the terms specified in Section 5 (Refund Policy). 3. Service Scope LabikoTech Solutions offers various software and IT services, including but not limited to: School Management Systems POS Inventory Management Online Stores AMS Apartment Management System Web2app Software Health Care/Clinic Management System Website & App Development Cloud Hosting & IT Support. The specific details of services will be defined in the service proposal or invoice provided to the client. 4. Payment Terms All fees must be paid in accordance with the invoice or payment instructions provided. Payment methods accepted include 1-mobile money, / Orange Money 2- Credit/debit card, 3- Bank transfer. 4- Offline Payment 5. Refund Policy The $50 process fee is refundable only if: The service request is canceled before service deployment or work commencement. The request for refund is made in writing within 12 Hours of the initial payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. 6. Termination of Services LabikoTech Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms, including non-payment or misuse of services. 7. Limitation of Liability LabikoTech Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. 8. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our official website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone. 10.
